I found this nice deal at VistaPrint. Small s/h fee applies, plus you can add your own design for $9.99.
I'm not affiliated, can't guarantee the quality, etc. Just wanted to share.

I have used them and although a little slow they are good, just know that you will have a Vistaprint add on the back if you don't pay to have it removed.

Yep - I used them a couple times before. Good quality even on the free ones (yes, the free ones do have the Vistaprint info on the back).

You can pay (and from what I can remember they ask a reasonable price) to get custom designs (it's been awhile but I believe you have to submit your own graphic) and no ad on the back.

I use VistaPrint quite often. I got the business cards w/out the vp info on the back (needed more than 250 anyway) and they are good quality. I have ordered 2 sided 4 color fliers that I cut in thirds for brochures. I have ordered the magnets. They are a little thin, but still nice. When you are giving so many away it's hard to justify the higher prices of other printers. I have also gotten the note cards and entered text to use them as postcard mailers. They offer so many free items that you can get lots of promotional items very cheap.
