Mount Shuksan and sunset

..aaaaaaand now lemme add sunset photos into the recent flurry of Mount Shuksan photos. :rofl

The weekend's forecast of sunny skies prompted me to make the snowshoe hike up to Artist Point and Kuhlsan Ridge to shoot sunset yesterday. A cloudless sunset made for a tame sunset but the colors reflected off of Mount Shuksan were very nice...

Very nice. I especially love the detail in 3 and the texture, colors and mood in 5. Shuksan/Mount Baker is such a magical place.

Thanks, everyone. Definately that light off of Shuksan was wonderful. In hindsight, I regret where I set up but I was also trying out a comp for a Christmas card (which sadly didn't work out) and that's what forced me a bit downslope. Still a wonderful time in the mountains!
