So, here is the official gallery to give your C&C for DSS#44

Once more into the fray. This unofficial feedback thread is a catch-all of sorts, lets make it happen:thumb

Anyway, let's start feedback on DSS #44!!

This thread is:

• a place to post a list of your top ten favorites. (be heard, and let everyone know what images moved you.)
• a place to post your "the making of my image"
• a place to ask someone "how did they do that?"(for us all to see:D )

Feedback is an important part of the photographic process. While those selected as finalists get feedback from the judges and those who vote, others are never quite sure where they stand. So share your thoughts both in this thread and with comments in the actual gallery. Constructive criticism should always be welcome.

It's easy to post thumbnails (with help from our Moderator).

With the image selected in the gallery, copy its URL from your browser, add "-Th.jpg" to the end, delete the jumble of numbers and letters preceding the hashtag (#), change "gallery" to "photos" and that's it.

So I checked out the entry thread. Ya'll...unfreaking-believable! Totally awesome stuff! Really, I'm awestruck. I'll try to pull together a faves list later, but it'll be really, really difficult!

all right, I made some comments in the gallery for my top ten and some others too.

Not that I said anything moving or anything, but I tried.



please note that I had to nit pick the dangest things of your entries to get down to 10. IMO so many others were deserving of the voting round but this bus only holds ten!

I may be completely wrong -- but it looks like he photographed a puff of smoke against a dark background and inverted the image.

, you are funny Aaron! I got so inspired after seeing jwear's shot that I had to let it be known. I am glad to see it up there. Great job judges!
