Badlands National Park - South Dakota

This past weekend Davev, Katev and myself headed out on a roadtrip to Badlands National Park near Wall, South Dakota. We cover 1,200 miles over a 3 1/2 day period and for the most part, had the park to ourselves.

Tough to pick a favorite from these fantastic shots. But something about #9 ("I know I'm just passing time") grabs me the most.

Lovely set of wildlife shots!..

I don't think I realized there was that much wildlife in the Badlands when I was there in the summer.

Funny, Dave does not look as cold as I'll bet it was either

Of course the best shot is the one with that old guy walking around.

Just a comment for the mods.
This was posted in Journey's and moved to landscapes.
Great job. 1 landscape, 14 wildlife, and 1 person in the photos.
Look past the first shot before moving eh!

Maybe tomorrow I can find it in the people section.:D

I thought about moving this to Wildlife at first, but these are pretty and I kind of want to keep it here cuz you're cool kids. And there's a landscape shot in there, right?
