My wife and I celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary last weekend and took a short trip to Cincinnati.
I, of course took my camera & tripod... these shots were a bit out of my league, I'm usually in a forest somewhere shooting trees and rocks and vistas.

Shots from around town...

We had a great time and my wife didn't even mind me stopping constantly to take the pics.

PEACE

Very nice. I especially like the 3rd, 5th and 6th shots. The two lions is also a great shot.

This may sound pretty corny but that's ok. The two lions look like someone just told a really bad joke and they're laughing about it. It's my creative, artistic side of me that sees crazy stuff like that. I love that picture! Very cool!

I also like the lemers (spell?). They are very pretty animals.

The city shots are gorgeous as well. Beautiful work and Happy Anniversary!

    Thank you, Fred!!
I've looked at all your excellent work taken around the area. You are an inspiration to me, and a source of good places to search for compositions.
I need to get up there more often then I do because there is so much in a compressed area, as opposed to the long hikes I do to get landscape shots in the Red River Gorge and Great Smoky Mountains.

As a beginning Landscape/Outdoor photographer myself, those city shots are inspiring to me. No big cities out this way, but I'm trying to do more architecture shots of stuff around town. Well done series Shaman!!
