    Excellent shot. It's an interesting scene with really good composition. The exposure is spot-on as well.

    I was there in June 1996 and remember it well. What I most remember was the amazing view of the Scotish countryside at the top of the monument - and how COLD it was.

    Howdy Thor,

    Really love the composition and lighting, great use of the

    natural light.

    Seeing that image reminds me of all those steps and how many times I had to stop until I hit the Top. 250 Steps???

    Not really a nit, but a personal preference: I might suggest you adjust your processing to bring out more of that awesome texture that's available with this subject. That would totally round out the image for me ~ interesting subject, great comp, good exposure and great textures! YMMV
