Playing with decorative metal balls and LEDs.

I only used 2 LEDs for light in an otherwise dark room so I had to use pretty long exposure times witch caused some serious grain, but I thought the lighting looked pretty interesting.

I would have liked to see a little more light revealing the texture and contour. I think the composition would be more powerful if you cropped from the bottom a bit. I couldn't do much about the light as the shadows were mostly plugged, but here's a hint of what I have in mind:

Your onto something with your effort and further experimenting will lead you
in many exciting directions. All from simple lighting like your trying to work
    with now. Very cool stuff.

Richard demonstrates the need for further visual potency with subject
material and light to intrigue the viewer and inspire same into stopping and
considering your creative vision and capture.

Have you been playing more with these lights you've made up? :D
