cant see photos

i am uploading into a gallery, and I can't see the new photos that I am currently uploading. This is the gallery:

    How many should be there? I see 16 photos

    your upload log shows the files in the gallery too. Are you seeing them now?

    There should be at least 19 by now; I have uploaded at least three within the last 20 minutes...

    I have experienced a problem like this WAY BACK; haven't had an issue like this in a while...
