Greetings,
Thought it would be a good challenge :wink
Working out the technique..
First try with harsh back light... a fly by.
Later with full overcast conditions.... the landing.
Looks like it's doable, timing is everything :barb
Cheers, Don

I do have to tell you though that I prefer that my subjects have eyes that show.
Nevertheless good work with a very difficult subject under very adverse conditions. I don't know how I could have as well.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
Thanks..
I also feel the eye catch light makes the shot, these were just test shots under current lighting conditions to see if it could be done, he, he...
Both were back lit and I don't think any PP'ing could drag out more detail...

I am currently trying nuthatch's,I thought songbirds were fast well try a nuthatch it's even harder. It's my new winter project up here in Alberta. It's a pretty good shot there considering the background, that light really is difficult to get a sharp image.
