I took a detour on the way in to work this morning to try and get some material to practice B/W conversions. I used the Hue/Saturation Adjustment Layer to convert.

Lots of contrast...
...which is a good thing here. This type of B&W image looks better that way - seems to add character to the subject. Now... what happened to the rest of the old structure? I would like to see more of it, as it looks interesting.

David, This is really the most interesting part of the building. The rest of it was rather plain, that's why I tried to focus on the deteriorating entry. Thank you for looking and taking the time to comment!

Looks great. Conversion worked out nice also. Old stuff is a favorite subject of mine.
