ch44: macaroni cheese with Gorgonzola

my question boils down to with or without the fork.

the whitebalance is a bit off on the second one, but it's very easy to go "too yellow", then it doesn't look good at all.

these were quick snapshots as I was serving up last night - things just haven't gone to plan in the last two weeks.

    i like the first one. the plate and the highlights on the fork are a little distracting in the second. they both look yummy though!!!

    Great idea adrian...i like the 1st one better. One could also suggest that i can eat that stuff like there is no tomorrow.

    The title alone made me start drooling.
    I agree that the colour in the first picture is very nice but I like the second picture better. The fork adds to it and makes me want to grab it so i can dig in.

    Now I'm super hungry for macaroni and cheese!

    argh! split decision. thanks for the comments though.

    I'll go with the first one. Although I like the idea of the fork it is a bit distracting.
