I'll tell you: no people. It's about noon on the first weekend day of Bike Week in Florida, and this is a shot of a Harley-Davidson dealer event where live entertainment, vendors, and food were promised.

Normally, at an event like this, that fenced-in area in front of the bandstand would be thronged with people, but the cold rain kept them away.

Too bad about the activity being squelched by the rain. Bummer
when that happens. Looks like everything was made ready to fly too.

I am sure the folks in the image are seriously disappointed at mother
nature on just this day. Where throngs of people would normally be
only a few as you captured them are on site.

A couple of my friends have trailered their bikes down to FL from here in the North East. I was envying them basking in the FL sun etc. Looks like the week's off to a bit of a wet start!

…but I'll bet it's warmer there than it is up here in S NH!!!!

I'd give almost anything to be down there right now! Especially this coming Wednesday, as the wx man is predicting 40+ inches of the white stuff!!! eek7.gif I'm tired of seeing brown and white! I'm ready to see green again, and I miss the smell of freshly cut grass.
