    You could call it "freestyle"! Like the shoot!:D

    My hairdresser (no not the same style!) asked me to do some shots of his work. It was all very impromptu and make-do - Zeyad was sitting on a trash can in the salon because it was the right height, a guy was holding up a scrap of black card in front of the mirror, another guy with the reflector, I was standing on a chair to look though the viewfinder, Mum & other family crowding into the tiny salon, etc - you can imagine it!eek7.gif

    It was all as intense and exciting for a few minutes as I imagine a blockbuster movie set! Great experience for me. I used 40D, 135mm f2 L, one 580EXII on camera with ring flash, another 580EXII as hair light, and a silver reflector. It was very tricky to get the master flash on camera to communicate using IR with the slave from behind the ring flash and at the same time have the slave (hair light) the right height and angle. I made some howlers of mistakes along the way (which I won't go into)!
