I've been wanting to grab some pics of this place for a while. My first time shooting a stream with a slower shutter speed.



Yeah the snow is blown out a little.. Tried darkening it a smidge..

Decent shots, I think work on composition a bit, but they are decent. Waterfall/woods shots are hard in the winter, as there is so little texture and color in the scenes. That being said, I live not too far from you. Check my signature below, and look at NewSchoolofPhotography.com. A "local" guy runs the place, and we frequently shoot on the weekends mostly down in Rhode Island, but get to places in CT occasionally. I keep trying to drag my meet mates up to Enders in Granby, but it is a jaunt for them. So if you ever want to check out some of the other falls in the state, or any other places, drop me a PM.

Good shutter speed on the last two. The composition on the last one is best IMO. Maybe kick up the saturation a bit. The moss on the rocks can add a lot to stream/fall images but is kind of flat here. From one neophite to another I'd say not a bad first try
