Boy this brings back memories--

Nice capture--trying to figure out two things.
1. what the heck is that box for?
2. who is getting trained--the waitress at the table taking the order seems relaxed and even has a slight smile on her face, is she maybe showing the other the ropes --or is the one holding the box the trainer? She doesn't look happy to be there.

The "box" is a tri-fold menu.

I very much like this shot. The angle is excellent, and the way the ceiling boards and other lines come together - to say nothing of the waitress thing. Nice.

Indeed, the box is a menu, to answer Q number 2: the tall one is the one in training, the lady holding the menu is the trainer.
