First image post on Digital Grin. Seeing if this all works!:scratch (Just figured out how to post on SmugMug too... ahhh learning learning!
This was shot at Disneyworld Orlando in November 2009. Post in Aperture 3 which is also a deep learning experience!
Canon 5D MarkII, EF 24-105mm f4L @ 97mm. ISO 400, F5 @ 1/1250 Handheld.
(Somebody PLEASE tell me how to properly post the EXIF data Image from SmugMug to append whatever pictures I post... The instructions on Digital Grin are NOT working no matter what I do... Grrrrr!)

What I do is have two sepperate pages open (tabs). Dgrin in one, and Smugmug in the other. After I get my link from Smugmug, I paste that link into the message as normal. Then I highlight the entire link, and then go back to Smugmug and mouse over the image to get the Info button, and click on it. When the Info box with the EXIF pops up, I right click on the text in the upper left corner and select save link. I then go back to Dgrin, and with the previous link still highlighted, I click on the Insert Link button and past the new link from the info box in there, and then click OK or Submit. That is it. Now when you view that photo all you have to do is click on the photo and the box with all the EXIF data appears. It seams like a lot of work at first, but after you do it a few times, it's pretty easy. I hope this helped.

Thanks for that! I thought that the EXIF box could be added as a Jpeg on the DG post, but what you are saying makes sense. Would be nice to be able to add EXIF as text below each image without having to link.
Cheers

I haven't tried it yet, but it can probably be done. With the two pages open in seperate tabs, after you insert your photo into the message, go to your Smugmug page and open the Info box and highlight all the info you want and click on copy and then go back to Dgrin and paste that info in below your image. You might have to do it several times, cause the Info box is in two pages (at least the info is divided up). You might have to re-arrange the info to your likeing after you are done pasteing in all the text.
