After a three months with my first DSLR (T1i) I decided to upgrade to a 7D, which I received on Friday of last week. What does anybody with a new camera do? They get up early the next morning and go out and shoot.

So here's my first ever sample post to these forums... Critiques welcome.

All the photos were taken in RAW and this is my first attempt at post in LR2 (with the help of Kelby's LR2 book).

#2 and #4 are super.

#4 really surprised me. It was getting pretty bright out and I slowed the shutter speed as much as I could (0.4 sec), which resulted in an image that was way overexposed. What surprised me was just how much detail I was able to recover with Lightroom.
