So, my work has been slow, and I've been constantly having days off. So my girlfriend decided that we would drive out to the Stone Henge site in Washington State dedicated to the fallen in WWI from the Klickitat County.
Here are my results from the day. C&C Appreciated and welcomed.
Thank you!

I love the old gaspump shots
Thank you. In #2, that is actually just a single exposure, with fill light added and clarity in LR2. I think the halo effect you are seeing is from a combination of both. I wasn't sure about the photo but my girlfriend liked it. So I put it up for C&C. If I take the Fill Light away, it's just too dark and doesn't work at all. I can try and patch that up though with some localized brush adjustment. I'll see what I can do.
Thank you for your comment.

I like the idea of the steps. They leave my wondering where they lead. The symmetry and lines in #5 work very well for me.
Although I can appreciate the landscape vista in #2, i find the image a little lack luster or bland. I think it's the sky that is letting you down. an ND grad might have help pull some detail out of the sky or maybe work the same composition with a sunrise, sunset or even a storm front as it moves in.
I find that #3 and #4 are very sharp right to the point of being over sharpened.
In #3 the tree is so sharp that it's competing with the stone structure for dominance. My eye bypasses the stone henge and move immediately right to the tree. Once again the sky is letting you down. It would be interesting to see what an ND grad would do for you.
In #4 I find this a much more pleasing composition with the henge noticeably off centre and much more predominant in the top third. However, it is not holding my attention. My eye is drawn to the detail in the foreground and then back to the tree.
Just my thoughts.
