Newbie Apology!

Hello Dgrin Folks

First of all, I want to apologize for littering this gallery with my attempts to upload and EXIF enabled photo, I had a bit of trouble.

Secondly, I was wondering if this seems appropriate or what people thought of it. The idea was to set up a mystery of where this person's next step took them, the space between the current moment and an uncertain future - I'm not sure it came across.

Anyhow, comments welcome and once again, sorry about the mess!

First, welcome to Dgrin!

Although your entry is an abstract idea of the theme, now that you have explained it, I understand the entry much better.

About the EXIF problem...another Dgrinner had the same problem last challenge. Check out her thread below. Hopefully everybody's suggestion will answer your question. If none of those fixes work, let us know and we can probably figure something out.

Welcome Richard_G...I punched through the Dgrin wall the same way, except I put up three photos in what they now call The Refinery (formally The Whipping Post) (only one, a best shot allowed) and was both welcomed, and quite politely reminded to read the rules first. Oh, what a day, so long ago. I still miss some rules in my earnest attempt to post, but I'm better, they say. I get to have visitors, and weekend trips off of the grounds soon. And again welcome!

Thanks for the encouraging words everyone! I think my problem with EXIF getting stripped out had to do with trading the image among programs as copies and possibly saving for web from PS. Now that I have a better idea of what to avoid I thing I'll be okay.

This is definitely a great place!
