so the sun finally came out. and here's what a stroll through my favorite park yielded.

    #1 is I think the keeper out of all of these--I think you have to play with the crop though for better comp--they are too centered. Laughing.gif--where was this image for the silhouette challenge?--and yes I had to look up how to spell silhouette again!

    I definitely like #1. I suggest performing a crop as stated by others above, perhaps in the form of a square. I would definitely keep the mountains on the background. I'd also suggest adding a tad-bit of contrast but not so much to remove the warm yellow tone of the image. Best of luck and good job on the location, that's a prime spot for a great shot! bowdown.gif

    new version
    so, going with #1, i flipped it on the vertical axis because i liked the hills on the right side better and cropped it to a square.

    That'll work but I personally would have gone more rectangular keeping the people at the 1/3rd point. eg on your 1st image keep everything to the right and crop just to the right of the island(?) on the lhs.
