Allow others to upload pics to my account

Is there a way to allow other people to upload pics to my account? I want to be able to have other parents in my Cub Scout pack up load their photos so we can have 1 album instead of a list of 20 places to find photos.

BUT I don't want to give them my account information. Can this be done?

ie my user name and password... just want them to have access to uploading
