I am liking Aperture 3! Fun times. Here is some alternative processing of the kids.

Hope you enjoy them. Any feedback is appreciated.

I love the one of the dog.iloveyou.gif I'm not too sure it works for the kid ones, especially the first one. The processing makes gorgeous kids look a bit scary.

I like #3 and #4 the best. I'm just moments away from upgrading to Aperture 3.

I like three just because artistically it's different. Nice image...and pretty model.

One and two...green around the eyes...not doing a lot for me....

    Number 4...good dog shot.

Thanks for the replies. Yeah, I went for the different look. Kids are always all pretty and "shiny" so I wanted something different.

I jokingly call the ones of the boy "My Ghetto Child" because he has food all over his face, a scrape on his cheek and the processing looks like it's from a florescent lit subway.

Aperture 3 is SOOOOOOOOO worth the upgrade over 2! It is a completely different product now...not literally but it is amazing all the upgrades Apple put in to it. I find myself rarely going to Photoshop now.

Here is another one of my daughter at the Alaska State Fair (not sure about the cropping though).

#3 from the set above was on the ferris wheel.

I love this one, love the crop and the processing. Would you mind sharing the photo before the processing? I always like to see behind the curtain.

Hmmm.... I'm not keen on the processing of these. Colours look a little odd and the bright areas catch the eye

Wow, what a huge difference. The processed one is much more interesting than the original. I'm digging it. :D
