I talked to the Canon people at WPPI. These mugs (the WHITE L-series replicas) were made by and for Canon Canada, specifically for the Olympics and not even the Canon USA people can get them. Looks like eBay is the sole source now, but those all seem to be replicas of BLACK EF series lenses.

Actually, you can now get one free with purchase from Canon Canada and there is a store in Canada that is taking pre-orders for them.
