Searching seems problematic

I can't figure out why some of my galleries are searchable and some aren't. If one goes to mercphoto.smugmug.com you can search for image "0699" and find it, but can't search for "2236", it can't find that image, even though an image with that name does exist. Both those numbers are filenames.

What am I doing wrong?
