Looking at 1DMK3 with this serial # 21577737 BNIB !!! Anything I need to know??

According to the following Canon link:

"... all EOS-1D Mark III cameras with serial numbers higher than 546561 have been manufactured with the updated mirror mechanism.)"

... that serial number indicates a camera with the updated mirror assembly. Do make sure that you have the latest firmware update. (Currently version 1.3.0) (Drivers and Downloads tab in the following link:)

While at that last link note that you also have the opportunity to grab new versions of the Canon software.
