LR Plugin

I am trying to upload with Jeffery's LR plug-in - it will not work as it says I am not logged in - the log in box is grayed out with only a link to the SmugMug - his Zenfolio LR plug-in works fine on my machine - it says I am registered since I donated money

any Ideas - how do I contact Jeffery
