Wood Stork, there was

and I will show you all a teaser. The Wood Stork was hanging with the egrets. He was there at least an hour.
This is the only shot I worked up. I did cut the wings off, bad me, it is centered, but I do like it. This one, I mean. I have others I like, too. Of him and the egrets and all. But I am going to go sit down.

ginger (hope you all had a good/productive day, too. I have three baptisms tomorrow. Then going out of town on Thursday, it takes me days to get ready emotionally........... so this might be it for birds, but I could spend that time working these up, a gazillion good ones, some bad ones, and this will go on all through shrimping season, so I can reshoot.)

    Thats a pretty shot. Shame the wings got cut off.
