Gallery Settings page missing content & options; UNABLE to make changes to a gallery

This is gallery that I’m having problems with:

When I click on the gallery while logged, I’m missing these buttons that I find near the top of the page in my other galleries:
Add PhotosToolsThemesShareSlideshow
When I click the Settings button located under the gallery’s thumbnail on the Homepage, the following content is missing on the Gallery Settings page (even the formatted style of the Gallery Settings page appears different from the other galleries):

Save Back to Gallery
Changing settings for:
Kitchen and Din ... Multiple Galleries
Select Galleries:Galleries All of my Galleries Galleries to update:Kitchen and Din ... remove
Quick Settings
None. (Set everything manually.) Save settings on this page as ... SmugMug Default
Apply Quick Settings to multiple galleries New quick setting name:

On my homepage, my Site Wide footer is appearing next to the tumbnail of the malfunctioning gallery. There is no "edit" option for the gallery name appearing on the Homepage either.
I’m unable to delete the gallery or any photos therein; I can however, add photos, hide photos, and arrange photos. I can’t make any other changes to the gallery settings. I can’t scroll through the pictures in the gallery. I haven’t made any changes to my Advanced Site-Wide Customization settings for months so I’m at a loss to figure out why only this single gallery is not working properly. I can’t recall making any changes this gallery for several months either.
Thanks in advance of you can offer any suggestions as how to fix this problem.

I'm thinking you might have tried to add something other than text to that gallery title. This caused the gallery and settings page to break.
Could you take a look to see if the buttons are back and the gallery is displaying properly?
