Went up to the Santa Cruz mountains to see my Dad and he had his Dodge Charger there, had to try an HDR.

This is 5 shots from -2 to +2

Which one do you like and why?

BTW, there is an obvious rookie mistake, post up if you see it. :D

    Howdy,

Neat shot and processing, I like what you've presented, but not a huge fan of super HDR, but I do like the colors and compositions.

Be patient, sometimes folks are a little busy

I think this works better in color. In B&W, here is not enough separation in tone between the car and the background, and that is further complicated by the reflections.

I as well think this works better in colour. However, it's a little over processed for my tastes. Also, it appears to be fairly noisy as well. The noise was probably brought about by the tone mapping. You may want to look into ways to tame that.

As for the rookie mistake, are you talking about the fact that you can see a reflection of the tripod in the bumper?

I like the color one, but I do like the darker BW too.

owner should've cleaned wheels a wee bit better. :)

out of all, I prefer the color one, but I am not a huge fan of over processed images as such. To me, HDR is there to add a little "umpf".
