Need help shooting sporting events in Florida

All sporting photogs in and around Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Florida Counties listen up!

I have a large event photography company that needs help shooting some events.

March 13th: St. Paddys run:
March 14th: Special Olympics 5K
March 14th: Cooper City 5k
March 20th: Riverwalk Run
March 27th: Panther Prowl at NHL Florida Panthers Stadium
March 28th: Jackson Memorial 5K

The pay is between $25-$50 per hour. No post processing required on the photos. Travel in and around these counties is also reimbursed.

Preferred:

following experience and equipment:

-Experienced photographer who understands light settings, shutter speeds, aperture settings and is comfortable changing settings as light is continuously changing during this high speed action environment.
-Experience in a fast pace shooting environment where you don't get a chance to do a retake
-Out going personality that will engage participants as they are crossing the finishline
-Do not have an any issue releasing all rights to their photos to be sold online through WildSide Online Inc.

SLR Body capable of min 4 frames per second w/ backup
18-200 lens for finishline shots
1-400 or 1-200 f2.8 for start (not a necessity, however it will help with pay rate)
2 flashes
pocket wizards (not a necessity but will help pay rate)
