Watermarks

Ok, I've read through all of the tutorials, watched the video, etc. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to actually apply a watermark I've created (as explained in the tutorial), uploaded to SM and made into a watermark.

I go into Gallery Settings and turn it on, select my watermark and....no watermark. I get a large, "proof," across my images though.... Of course, it only has, "proof," on the photos in the gallery I went into, not my other galleries.

I'm quite confused. When I go into the Gallery Options menu, I turn watermark on, select the watermark and save. I have tried to do this to multiple galleries via the, "Multiple Galleries," area but it always asks me if I want to apply the changes to all of the galleries selected--there is no way to select galleries. I'm guessing this is my problem?

It sounds like one of two things.

Either the custom watermark that you have made isn't set up properly, and so Proof is appearing instead, or you didn't name your custom watermark, and aren't choosing it properly when you choose the watermark to be applied.

Write the help desk, with some links, and we will check it out for you.

The setting under "gallery settings" only effects new photos added to the gallery.
Look under Tools > Many Photos > More >Watermark
Select all, pick your WM and click "watermark". Then wait some time until
    they show on photos.

Ok, I had the stock Smugmug watermark selected for some reason--that's why I was getting proof. However, after switching to the one I created, it is not applying them to any photos I've uploaded since I made that change. I'm stumped.

Guess I'll shoot an email to help...

    Thanks.
