No items in cart

I have a friend that wants to purchase some images but her choices do not show up in the cart for checkout. She runs on a Mac.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is her web browser blocking cookies from your site and/or from smugmug.com?

I'm almost positive this is the problem with cookies when using custom domains with Safari on Mac.

Is there any hope of this being fixed, or at least detected by SmugMug's cart and letting the customer know what setting to change?

I think the fix is to go to the Safari Preferences, Security, and set Accept Cookies to "Always".
