My site was working fine early when I uploaded a video slideshow, but now it's showing a strange homepage and I can't access my normal categories. Are we having a problem?

It looks like your homepage has been switch to show galleries instead of categories. You should be able to switch it back with a simple click on the View by categories link in the upper right corner of your homepage box.

I just found that and I'm totally confused since I did not change it. I know everyone say's that, but I know for a fact that I did not make that change...hopefully it will stay on categories now that I switched it back.

I've been very patient with all the updates and down time, but now I have to say "UGH...this is getting old!" Just a quick vent, I'm cool.

I have seen a lot of people (probably 20-30) who say this setting has been switched on them without them knowingly changing it. Something definitely is amiss with that setting. I don't know if Smugmug occasionally loses its value or if it's just to too easy to inadvertently and unknowingly change it with an accidental click, but it does happen to many.

Thanks John, I guess I'll have to add it to my long list of things to watch out for...this is the first time I've run in to this particular quirk.

    Have fun

Yep, I'm one of them. And the bad thing for me is that with thousands of galleries, it basically crashes the browser trying to load them all. Luckily I can usually click to change it back before this happens. If I couldn't, it would be bad!
