I had been getting on-again, off-again access to my site this afternoon. Over the past half hour or so it's degraded far more, and my gallery links are redirecting to the SM home page. Hope everything's OK (relatively speaking) in the data center...

Yeah, all my sales stuff is majorly f'd up. Still having issues, after it is supposedly ok again. 2 nights in a row. They need to post its back in read only.
"A photo is like a hamburger. You can get one from McDonalds for $1, one from Chili's for $5, or one from Ruth's Chris for $15. You usually get what you pay for, but don't expect a Ruth's Chris burger at a McDonalds price, if you want that, go cook it yourself." - me
With all the backups Smug has I wouldn't be too concerned. Something odd is going on - but I am sure it will be corrected soon enough.
I have this confidence too. I've been with them for a loooong time now and my first photo when downloaded and compared with the original is identical. Their data center is enterprise strength.
It's interesting how this has happened three days in a row at around the same time. Definitely makes it easy to narrow down what's breaking it since it has to be something that only executes around this time. Hopefully, third time is a charm and we won't have an outage because of this tomorrow.

http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ is also reflecting this outage.
Looks like just after I wrote the above, we got the all clear: http://status.blogs.smugmug.com/2010/03/09/3910-site-issue/
However, I see the site is still in read-only mode and can't log in. Hmmm... well, just keep an eye on the status page and hope for the best!
Rich,
It is doing things I have never seen before. Makes me a bit worried.
