    I had two clients email me today to say my webpage was down – no doubt they were seeing that asinine smugmug service interruption splash screen...

    It's always frustrating when it goes down because it always goes down at the worst time, but that's the nature of web sites.

    But don't fret. The SM tech guys are very good at what they do. I've been with them for years and outages have never been bad enough for me to move. thumb.gif

    True but they have never been this frequent either.

    Hi,

    SmugMug did have some hiccups yesterday, thankfully they were very short lived (minutes at a time) and we think we have it licked. There have been no outtages (more appropriately interruptions given the duration) today. If you're having problems uploading, let us know over at the Help Desk so we can get some info from you, and start taking a look as to why.
