All new EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM

Have just sold my 70-200 f/4L IS lens and was looking at the 2.8 version, but now it seems there is a mark II, there is around a $1000 difference, and now I don't know which way to go. There seems to be quite a few improvements but not sure it is worth the extra $$$

Please help me decide :-)
