Finding locations

Does anyone have tips on finding and renting locations, for someone who doesn't have their own studio yet?

    I would start with local camera stores, Processing/printing companies.....camera clubs also...we have one here called Douglas Digital IMaging and they have rental studio with a very large turntable floor for shooting cars, motorcycles ......whatever.........lighting is included.......

    Yellow pages and Google for rental studios.........................

    If you come out of denial and mention where you are, I bet there are shooters on this forum who can give you local ideas.
