Major Color Loss Converting PNG to JPG

Hey everyone,
I am realizing that since I have uploaded JPG files so they can be printed, I am losing a seriously large amount of saturation and contrast that I added in post processing. The difference is most evident in my "Automotive" gallery (you can see the differences between the thumbnail images and the preview, where the thumbnail looks how the PNG looked and the preview is the JPG). How can I fix this, because right now the photos just look dull...

Does SmugMug convert the color space by chance? I seem to remember reading that somewhere on the site. I just went back to my photos and it seems the first couple of them are now correctly pictured and colored. Is this just a glitch and it is showing old photos or does it just take that long to convert them?

Accurate color requires working from a color-calibrated system, using only color-managed applications and making sure you do all the right things with color space profiles on your images. If any of the above are goofed up, then you will not see on your system, the same thing as a client will see on theirs or as a printer will produce.

Back to my original question, if it does convert the color profile, how long should I expect that to take?

Also, what applications were you using to view and edit your photos on your computer?

I don't really understand what happened in your workflow so I'm just trying to help you understand exactly what Smugmug does and what your own tools are or aren't capable of.

So basically what I got from those articles is I should probably stop using FS Viewer. Can you recommend any alternatives foe a batch converter and viewer that is color space aware and loads relatively quickly?
