Here's one I did of my girlfriend.

There are so many things I like about this picture- the expression, the pose, the hair, the black and white and the feel of the photo. However, for me it is just too over exposed. If you tone down that problem- if you can and this is not the orginal, I think that would be a killer photo. Nice job!
