Why so slow?

When I pull up my site, it is super slow, particularly the non-smugmug.address:

robertjirucha.smugmug.com (seems to come up relatively quickly)
robertjirucha.com (comes up quite slowly on a few different computers)

Are my files to big? But if so, why is the smugmug address not as bad?

Thoughts?

Both very very fast for me (I'm in NY). Try clearing your cache and test again?
