Photo backup

Does anyone utilize the SmugVault powered by Amazon? I've procrastenated too long on backing up my external. I'm currently considering Carbonite (www.carbonite.com) as their annually fee is fixed at $55 vs. the variable cost offered through the SmugVault. It too has unlimited storage but has a file limit of 4gb vs. the 600mb limit at SMV. Your thoughts? Thanks!
