Which finish for framing?

Hey everyone,
I have what I imagine to be an easy question, but can't seem to find the answer.
I'm getting a friend's photo framed for them as a gift. When order the print to be framed, what finish to you recommend? I normally get Lustre prints for myself, but didn't know if I should get matte or glossy instead, since it will be mounted and behind glass.
