Hi,
I wonder if RRS BH-25 is good choice. Here's my situation:
1. I can only spend below $200
2. I like a ball head, quick release and Acra Swiss compatible
3. The heaviest gear I used is a Nikon D300 and Nikkor 80-200/2.8
4. I used it mostly indoor but travel once a month.
Any comments?
Thanks

In the last post, look in the quoted paragraph under the heading "Photo Equipment" where you will read:
"Regarding tripods, keep them small and light. Marc will be using his small Slik tripod with the RRS BH-25 ball head." This is a reference to what Marc Muench used for the particular trip. If it's good enough for Marc to use, I think it's easy to recommend for a lightweight head.
For a Nikon D300 and Nikkor 80-200mm, f2.8 (any flavor) I think the BH-40 is a safer bet for normal circumstances.
