Got my first AB failure :-(

The plastic mount broke - during the night, not even when being used!
Sent an email to AB Customer Service, hopefully they will be able to send me the replacement parts soon...

    Hope its not a common problem because i just got a used b800 about a month ago....: )

    replacement mounting block, since your units are still under warranty. Once
    we get it shipped out we will email the tracking number to you. If you need
