Custom Card Creating Missing from Tabs

I would like to make a custom card -- full bleed on front and blank inside-- but I do not have an option to do that. This is what it looks like I'm SUPPOSED to have, but the "custom" tab is missing on mine. (I hope the attachment shows up.)

On my create card tabs, I only have type, then when I pick the size, only SM templates as choices. No custom tab. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks, that did the trick.

Now, is there any way of showing the face of the card in the gallery rather than the template version so viewers could get a better sense of how the card looks from the front?
