Surprise in the Shed

Fishing Spider

#1) Opened the shed for the first time in a month or so and this guy was staring me down.



#2) wish I got his eyes in focus on this one.



#3) he's spread across a 3" board on my shed door.

What a frightful little monster. the first shot looks like the eyes are sharp, but not the 2nd...did you mean them the other way around?

correct - after looking at my shots. I wish I had the eyes in focus in the lighted-from-below shot (#2).

Worst part was going back out a few minutes after the last shot and he's nowhere to be found. Thought to myself, "Did he jump on my back as I turned around?!?!?" :uhoh

Still getting goose bumps thinking about that.
