HELP! Why can't these photos be purchased!

So In this gallery of mine. http://jnrphotography.smugmug.com/Band-Photography/Sleighriders/2009-Sleighriders/10774126_QXTGJ#751695576_xa63C

I have enable printing set to yes in gallery settings and I have all the prices saved for that gallery and yet when I click on a picture and hit the buy button I get a message saying that it is not available for purchase. Why is this happening? Please advise. Thank you!

I can't tell because you have disabled the info button.

Do the photos in that gallery meet the minimum size requirements for printing as shown on this help page - http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-quality?

Hi

It looks like the photos in that gallery are PNG, not JPEG. We can only print from JPEG, so you will need to resave and upload them again.

Thanks for the response. Yes the photos meet the minimum size requirements. I have turned on the info button now for you to investigate there if need be. Does file type matter?

Yes, the file type matters, must be .jpg.
