A while back I bought three guinea fowls for my 8 year old. My freagging smart dog decided it would be funny to kill two and leave me with just this one. My kid kept on badgering me let me catch it and you photograph it. I grabbed my old 20D camera. Last night I did some color correctness to remove that ugly Grey haze and I this is it!!
ISO 100, F4 1/200 Camera 20D on Manual mode w/70-200 2.8L IS hand held

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

sorry for late reply guys. This bird I bought for my kid for $5. It was molting its feathers and getting colorful. If you have a farm this will be the best alarm to have. If your animals are being attacked or killed it will let you know. If anyone is on your property they will let you know. They eat all the fleas and ticks from your property. When they are small they require minor care. Once they get larger they will free roam around your property eating bugs. The police came and got all three of my birds :( they were just waaaaaaaay toooo loud. Even at 2am.

I'm thinking it would be hard to keep birds like that with the dog in your signature...eek7.gif

That dog there is a female I bought in 2005. That female is a nice stafford. Now the younger one she hopped over two fences. She killed quite a few birds. That dog in my sig does not back down to any dog. Thats the only issue I have with her. Other then that shes a good dog with kids and people.
