Without the interaction between the couple on the right this would have been an ordinary shot. But as it is, very nice. There are a couple of blow outs in the woman on the right, her leg and the back of her shoulders. Have you already tried to recover those areas?
I don't know how to recover blow-outs. I shoot RAW and increase the "Recovery" in the .dng before I open the photo in CS4 with shots that have some blow-out. I don't know what else to do.
I know I could cover up the blow-out in CS4 with a brush and then masking, but I get the feeling that you are suggesting the improvement can be made in the processing and not by editing.
Suggestions would be appreciated.
BTW...what I was looking for was a shot of the musician framed by people watching the musician. I needed the musician to be a bigger part of the image. No one moved close enough to the stage for this shot, so I took what I could.
