category / subcat / gallery name no longer shows on browser title bar

What happened? Something changed, and the very nice placement of the category, subcategory, or gallery name no longer shows in the top bar of the browser window. All that shows now is the Page Title from the Advanced Site-Wide Customization.

I just looked at the Content by Title report on Google Analytics. I went day by day.

• On March 11th (and before) there is a good distribution. Homepage showed less than a third of the hits
• On March 12th there was still somewhat of a distribution - but the homepage shows more than half of the hits
• On March 13th almost 100% of the hits were for the homepage
• Since the 13th, 100% shows the title of my homepage

The top content report shows gallery specifics, so it isn't a case that other pages aren't being viewed. They are.

Please, I want my titles back!
